Buried in the 112 page strategy document leaked to the press was some very bad news: After paying ten staffers to make 70,000 phone calls to GOP Iowa voters, the Jeb Bush campaign “was only able to rope in four volunteers and root up a total of 1,260 Bush supporters statewide,” reports The Week.
