WATCH: Cuomo vs. Carly on Blaming GOP Rhetoric for Planned Parenthood Shooting

Chris Cuomo of CNN held nothing back when he began attacking Carly Fiorina on his show Friday. He started by asking:

Do you feel any sense of regret about how you characterized what was going on at Planned Parenthood after the attack in Colorado? Because of what the man said which seems as though he was influenced by some of the rhetoric that was coming out of you and others that painted a very ugly picture and an unfair one, about Planned Parenthood?

Cuomo was referring to Fiorina’s comments at a previous GOP presidential debate condemning Planned Parenthood after the release of the videos showing gruesome abortions, dismemberments and the like. Simply put, he was implying that her words and the words of “others” provoked and inspired the Planned Parenthood shooting, leaving her at fault for the shooting spree.

Clearly, Fiorina did not take kindly to Cuomo’s remarks:

Oh, please, really, Chris? Nine videotapes have come out about Planned Parenthood. It is very clear what they have been doing. And in fact, Planned Parenthood several weeks ago made a quiet little announcement that they would no longer accept compensation for the sale of what they call fetal tissue. That’s about as close to an admission as you can get.

She continued:

This is a typical left-wing tactic to try to shut down the truth by silencing people. This has happened over and over and over again.

Cuomo started to pick up some sarcasm and a snide attitude as the argument became heated. He disagreed with Fiorina that the videos are substantial evidence to back the pro-life movement’s attack on Planned Parenthood. He said that the clips “weren’t authentic and weren’t germane.” As a result of those videos and the rhetoric behind them, “somebody went out and killed in the name of that.”

At this point, it was obvious where Cuomo was coming from. He continued to attack the GOP and defend Planned Parenthood. Fiorina took this as her opportunity to call out Cuomo and the rest of the left-wing media for being so unabashedly biased:

It’s clear what your opinion is, Chris.
